Corn Trendy Tees – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Corn Trendy Tees. If you are unhappy with your order, please review the policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.
After 15 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The reason for return must be one of the following:
- Print quality issues (smudged, pixelated, low resolution)
- Item damaged upon arrival
- Received the incorrect item
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer
- Items not in their original condition
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Personalized/custom items (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Return Address
The return address is printed on the original packaging. If you need the address again, please contact:

3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- An item is returned not in its original condition
- Parts or packaging are missing
- The item shows signs of use not due to a manufacturing issue
- The return is requested beyond 15 days (if accepted at our discretion)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will:
- Inspect the item
- Email you a notice of approval or rejection
- Issue an approved refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund posts to your account.
5. Missing or Late Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank for pending refunds

6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, you must return the item and place a new order.
7. Shipping Your Return
To return your product, ship it to the New York return address printed on your original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
- For higher-value items, you should use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

We aim to deliver your order quickly and accurately. This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery times, carriers, fees, and customer responsibilities.

- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- Weekend or holiday orders begin processing on the next business day
- Customized items (if applicable): may require additional processing time

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days
International Shipping (if applicable)
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Customs delays may extend delivery times
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays (weather, customs, holidays, or routing issues) are outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Shipping method selected
- Package weight and size
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Corn Trendy Tees is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delays caused by incomplete delivery details
- Lost packages resulting from incorrect address entry
If your package is returned due to an address error, you may reship it at your own cost.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
For lost or missing packages:

We will assist as best as possible but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues.
7. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, and taxes charged by their country’s customs office.
Customs processing may delay delivery.
